The only way you are going to make a noticeable stand and mark in your niche is by becoming a thought leader in your industry. Most entrepreneurs, and this may include you, are seeking to make an actual impact on their audience.
How do you do that? How do you position yourself as the authority or the go-to person in your realm of work?
In this video, I explain how becoming a thought leader will allow you to make a true difference in your audience’s lives. The only way you can create an impact and make a shift in the mindset of your audience is by being unique, offering new insights, perspectives, and a new way of doing things.

Great video. I see too many organizations looking for thought leaders, but lack understanding what it truly is. Thought leaders challenge status quo because they understand the bigger picture.

    1. Identify when you're not being seen as a thought leader. Information isn't the problem. It's how you stand out that matters.
    2. Learn how to cross-pollinate your ideas and experiences. Look inward and use your unique experiences to help others.
    3. Focus on interpretation. Be a bridge between your audience and random, unorganized information.
    4. Leverage your unique positioning. The idea is not to compete with others, but to serve your tribe.
    bonus :
    * Do a literature review of your topic of interest. Get the top four texts in your domain and see what you can contribute beyond what's stated in them.

Thank you for this content! I swear I feel so seen now! I’ve been struggling with titling what my gift is. All I knew for sure was that I have a knack for seeing behavior that no longer is serving a purpose and coupling it with a solution that is often based in perspective. Now I know it’s thought leadership that I’ve been trying to pinpoint!
