Bagan is a very strong enemy maybe even stronger than destroyah and Ghidorah.
How so? Bagan is a super kaiju. At base bagan was already as strong as Godzilla. But he then had Godzilla and Ghidorahs DNA and blood or energy? mixed into him. Further boosting him past Godzilla in power and strength. He's from the nes game "super Godzilla" the final boss. If you fight him with base Godzilla you will barely do any damage showing just how much stronger he is than Godzilla. But it takes all of the energy in Tokyo and i think something else to energize Godzilla turning him into super Godzilla. Then you fight bagan.
And yet still even in when Godzilla is in super form. Bagan is still equal to him in power.

Heisei Rodan, if I remember correctly, was a surrogate Brother to Godzilla Junior. Also Super Mechagodzilla and Moguera were made from the same materials as Mecha King Ghidorah so they would also technically be a part of the family.

What about Zilla Jr.’s adopted son as well as the the mother of said son? (Both were irradiated Komodo Dragon specimens) As well as all the rest of Zilla’s hatchlings seen inside the football field in NY. The female iguana that presumably laid the egg that would become the original Zilla was also shown in the same movie in a short montage in the opening.

The singular point is a extradimensional anomalous entity which spreads/grows, and is capable of producing red dust, which is the most basic form of Archetype. It's honestly pretty vague, but I think if it gets too big, it will end up smothering the whole world in kaiju and the red dust, which would make planet Earth inhabitable. While it's singular as is name suggests, it appears as many in our world (Godzilla himself, the skeleton, and the unseen SP inside the SHIVA supercalculator). Because all of those things are all one and the same singular point, they are basically acting as a giant network. So when SHIVA SP plays the mysterious song, its also heard from Godzilla's bones.
Iirc it's implied that they're born from the red dust itself. By the end of the season the dust is literally forming into new plant-like life.
Ngl not sure if I can explain the 4D stuff well but I'll try. Red dust/Archetype is a 4D molecule, which is why we cannot see all of it at once. Basically, it's way bigger/complex than it appears to be. Imagine you live in a plane-like 2D space. You can only see depth and width, not height at all. Now, some outside force puts a 3D ball on that 2D plane and starts to move it up and down. Since you can't observe height, the ball appers first as a small line to you, which gradually gets wider as the ball moves. You would never be able to see the whole ball at once, just a tiny, linear slice of it. It's kind of the the same scenario with the Archetype, except we and the characters live on a 3D plane instead of a 2D plane, and the Archetype is the "ball". I hope that helps.
I think the time travel boils down to the SHIVA calculator being connected to the Singular point and it can somehow "insert" new code into the past. Like, all the time-travel stuff seems to be limited to the AIs. Pelops II being in the past when he calculated the invincibility protocol allowed JJ to remember the whole code thing, because the changes in the past shoud affect the future (current) events.
I have no idea of any of this was helpful but I hope it was! Also feel free to ask additional questions if you want to. Ngl the show does still keep some stuff pretty vague and I'm not sure if I've got a 100% grasp on the lore and technical stuff but I can try to answer things. I've admittedly spent too much time thinking and rewatching the series lmao idk why I typed this here

If you included dorats as member of the godzilla familly because they are related to king ghidorah who is related to bio-ghidorah, then you could argue that every human is part of the familly since all of us are related to nick totopilas, chimpanzees are also included because they have over 98% of DNA with humans and if you include every shared bits of DNA then everything is related to godzilla, and now that i think of it, it's quite heartwarming
