Because they are trying to anti them or they are TBed. If people didn't want to be rushed all they had to do was pray melee and I'd get off of them

The fight had probably started a bit before the clip did. You get unfrozen even if hit with another barrage at a certain point, then they freeze you again after another certain amount of time.

Yeah basically. I'm not 100% sure on the timers but it freezes you for say 15 seconds then once that's done you're unfrozen for 5-10 then when they land another successful barrage you are frozen for the 15 again.
And when you are unfrozen from the barrage, any one that lands during the unfrozen timer won't take effect until after the post freeze timer is up.
