I believe what happened was phimage entered the battlefield as a copy of Bowmasters, it's controller chose another Bowmasters as a target for its etb-trigger and in response to that the original Bowmasters was blinked by TtSR, so the etb-trigger didn't resolve If I got it right, then it's all correct
Well in a deck like Dargo/thrasios, she is an enabler for infinite Dargo cast by generating the red you need. For a deck like Rog/Si, you care more about the flip side. Harnfell is really good after you wheel, or cast an Ad Naus and have a bunch of cards in hand. Discarding one dead card in your hand can allow you to look at two more cards off the top to keep storming off
