Are rice paper wraps considered raw? I know the technique to dry them is in the sun, but I am not sure how they get to that point. I would love to try this with a rice wrap.
Rice wrapper are not raw, but unless you absolutely want to stick to 100% for everything, I don't see a reason not to try them with this recipe if that sounds delish to you :)

I've made it, and it was very delicious. The only problem was to bite off the nori sheets. Any advise maybe?
You can spread some of the dip in the Nori wrap. This makes the Nori softer and easier to bite off.
