It is legal but rare. Public company scooters were banned from the city center, as people were leaving them everywhere and annoying pedestrians/traffic. I think legally, I am allowed to drive 25km/h max. I'm not sure. But if I drive so slow, it would make no sense to own this wheel at all. My commute is 13km one way. I would go back to motorcycling. Also, Danish people love and choose cycling.
