Congress candidate for Outer Manipur Alfred Kanngam Arthur along with Manipur Congress Working President Victor Keishing and other Congress members paid a visit to Churachandpur today.
During the visit, the delegation met leaders of the several CSOs.
Speaking at the district and block level Congress workers meeting, Alfred Kanngam Arthur called upon party workers to stand up for their rights and never compromise with their due share as enshrined and guaranteed by the Constitution.
