Can you solve a 8x8 like a 4x4?
@Jakub Muszynski cubesception
Can you solve 10x10 like 2x2 ??
Haha
can you solve a 12x12 like a 6x6, then reduce that to a 3x3?
He'll surely sucide😂
you should try reducing it to a 1x1, I think that would be more efficient

True, but idk how to solve a 1x1.

@@thepotassiumqueen2137 I have watched jperm’s vid on how to solve a 1x1 but it’s really hard, i’ll stick to a 3x3
This is a good idea. I was going to by a set of 2x2, 3x3,... all the way to 10x10. But instead, I'll save money buy getting just one 2520x2520. Thanks J Perm! 😀

Jperm in Parallel Universe.
"Im gonna solve a 3x3 using 6x6 method"
Technically you solve a 3x3 using 6x6 method expect you don't do the redux part with no parity.
Yeah right youre just skipping the center part and the edge orientation and if theres one parity skip also
yau3 moment
@@kizyzo1348 except*
Is that even possible?
This was amazing! I'm super begginer at cubing and only mess around with 2x2 and 3x3. Your knowledge in all things cubing blows me away and you have taught me everything I know (as little as it may be)!
Yea i also only mess around with 2x2 and 3x3
If there's anyone wondering what happens when solving the wings parity, the algorithm also swaps around center pieces, which you wouldn't notice on a solved cube. The [r2 B2 U2 l U2 r' U2 r U2 F2 r F2 l' B2 r2] OLL parity algorithm also switches the inner centers in a diagonal fashion, at least on a 4x4x4 and does something smilar on a 6x6x6. This is why you should always do it at the end or prepare yourself properly so you don't mess up anything else!
Just imagine you actually did this in competition
Imagine there even being a competition

What i find impressive is that you try to tell us everything you're doing and you're doing it greatly
For that OLL parity can't you just do a 4x4 (2+1+1+2) OLL parity algorithm?
Turns out you can! Didn't want to risk it though since I wasn't sure haha

@@SanguineFire because weebs sucks.

For OLL parity: It works if you do wide U moves and don't do slice moves.
So just do the normal parity alg only do Uw2 instead of U2.

*Solving a 6x6 like a 3x3*
J Perm: thanks for watching me suffer, see you all next time.
Me: ._.
Parity alg messes up centers. That's what went wrong.
Yeah he figured that out later on in the video
You can do (R U R' U)x5 aftet you finish the parity alg and it will fix the centers.
Loved watching this
I love your choice of music!
Great video as always.
Keep up the good work! ^^
J Perm answers all the stupid questions we all have but none of us chase down
Dylan: let’s do M moves, that’ll be more fun...

I followed along with the 4x4 one and it improved my understanding (and by extension solving) of it a surprising amount. I still just need to remember parity algs. I wish I had a 6x6 to solve along with this
You could use a 5x5, but you don’t have to make centers or make center edges

Very satisfying to watch
This was fascinating to watch
If the cube was bandaged suitably, this kind of solving could become more of a necessity than an excercise in patience. Actually the corner building is useful in various camouflage and bandaged cubes.
