Now compare Dholera with Xiongan, Xiongan started in 2017 and is nearing completion, Dholera is stuck. Even if you search news about Dholera nothing is coming up except project scale backs and delays

It needs 20-30 years for full functionality of a greenfield city
Project is currently continue not the end. This is big project and green field. After 5 year this is become major industry hub.

This smart high-tec city was build on empty land not over the existed city. So it will be well planed city and it will take more than 50 yr to compete with some famous city like Singapore, Shanghai, New york. I know its not look like the same because our environment weather are different but may be equivalent on the basis of greenery theme.
I lost by 20 lacs by investing there, it's today cost is around 9 lac 😭😭😭
