Awesome find and that beautiful label scar! It looks like in my hometown we were supposed to have a Barnes & Noble inside the mall. Sadly, the plan never came through. Instead, it is a Ross Dress For Less.
I don't think its dead yet as there's still plenty of businesses on Army Trail Road but it does seem like things are starting to slowly shift towards Route 59 and Randall Road
I still have barnes and noble stores in Garland Dallas Plano and other dfw cities.

The Denny's across from the IHOP you recorded in Orland Park is now abandoned too. Closed down about 2 weeks ago.
