I think for the pole lest to be even remotely useful in these you should slightly clip the wing on the pole at cruise speed/you come off the throttle before colliding.
Then some might not blow up, some might lose a wing or part of one and not explode.
9 times out of 10 it just explodes, this way the results might actually vary, making the segment worth the time.
The hydra’s explosive MG to destroy time is inaccurate as the position of its MG forced it to miss the insurgent unintentionally. Pretty sure it would have the exact same time as the lazer
I’m just glad they didn’t touch the hydra speed glitch. Fastest thing in the game since the OG heists back in 2015 (if above ~maze bank altitude)
I think it should be possible to buy the old MGs for the P-996, because that jet doesn't make sense anymore in the game since we have a stealth jet, vtol and with the same machine guns as the P-996. But the price of MGs should be pretty expensive

the cannons on all jets have been heavy nerfed but for a good reason

What actually about them got nerfed? Just the weapons?
Nerf: Cannon's fire rate went from 0.02 to 0.4 which means it shoots less than before and it now deals low dmg (need at least 2 hits to kill ground players and shield doesn't count as their extra hp).

I realized something if you go down with the hydra and activate vtol a couple second after you can go faster than the raiju and your own missiles for a 30 second
I only got the hydra because rn its on a discount for 2.8M.

The raiju is now the best jet, there is no reason to fly Lazer or Hydra because the Raiju is simply better, also with the armor!
that's not even true lol, the hydra and lazer cannons are placed close together and you can still kill on-foot players in one strafe if you move the rudders left and right when going in for the strafe
even though one hit from the explosive mgs wont kill them, 2 or 3 of those will with an accurate strafe

I prefer Raiju and Hydra is faster than lazer but Hydra Acceleration is very bad and Lazers Acceleration is fantastic
I felt like the Hydra was my go-to vehicle during the Cayo Perico Prep Missions. But now, I felt like I am rarely gonna use this thing since I may use the F-160 Raiju Plane in GTA Online, when I eventually get out of the laziness. Since the Hydra got nerfed, I’m just gonna save a lot more time grinding for more cash on GTA online, for at least $100 Million GTA Dollars.

I always preferred the lazer for the handling and for the look. The hydra is really ugly in my opinion. The vtol mode is cool, but it still doesn’t make it better than the lazer.
