@@cologne5903 It has much better handling, drive both. The toreador has better acceleration, a booster, and it turns so fucking good. The stromberg can't turn fast so if a mk2 is trying to get you pregnant you can't pull a 180 and twerk on them.

For those who don't know, the Volatol is basically an Avro Vulcan with engine intakes from the De Havilland Comet, and the Alkonost is based off both the Rockwell B-1 and the Tupolev Tu-160, which are supersonic bombers. I would love for there to be an XB-70 Valkyrie that's as fast as the Pyro

The deciding factor for me was when I was forced to use a Volatol in the Doomsday heist mission. My immediate reaction was "Oh Hell No!"
Then when I did the Alkonost prep for Cayo I was like "This is more like it!"
i have had both, and i highly recommend the alkonost over the volatol. the alkonost is so much fun

Alkonost without a doubt, it's the more useful of the two: Actually stealth-capable, faster, better looking, is a Tu-160.
It's not hard to improve on the volatol though, and even then, it's still not great. Rockstar at work,.

About takeoff - volator have a classic "turbofan" double-round turboreactive engines. Alkonost have a rocket style mono-round reactive engines.

Quick point. You don’t always put which plane is currently on screen whilst simultaneously changing the colour. Super difficult to keep track of at times

The red one looks like the USA’s Rockwell B1b bomber and the green one looks like Vickers Valiant bomber of England. I know this as my grandfather worked on the Valiants and the other “V Bombers”. They were deadly aircraft but served their uses.
