and swear to god, I would not be shocked AT ALL, if she was poorly describing Jordon due to being thrown off by his demeanor and that he brought up a topic she didn't want to come up- AND, that when she asked him if he was ADHD or ADD or something that he could have told her he's on the neurodivergent spectrum/aspergers. Jordon almost has to be an Apergian-autistic type. I think he exaggerates his real traits to get into character for the bits he and Conan have long done.
You can see in Conan's eyes before Leslie started describing the dude that he thought it was Jordan.

@@littlebumgorf No, there's been annoying people on before. They don't seem to censor much. If they had cut that part out she would have made a bigger deal of it. I also think they wanted everyone to see who she is. She comes out as a victim of something that happened at least a decade ago.

@@freeswiggly idk my initial thought was Jeff Ross but it doesnt add up, he's an executive producer they dont do guest pre-interviews thats a job for a segment producer and there are a few of those on a talk show

Poor Leslie. Sucks for Conan too because he gets the bulk of the blame when he got the A-OK to ask the question in the first place. Glad it was cleared up though here.
Craig used to tear up the same thing. But still, Conan took it well and tried his best moreover, putting this up for the global public is already an unsaid apology.
At 04:29 she clearly stated that the producer was short, bald head, glasses. And as far as I know, Jeff Ross (the producer) was never bald.
He’s definitely balding and short enough hair at points to be described as bald if you use that label like some do for short hair.
Not that I defend Jeff Ross (the producer) or anything, but the interview took place back in 2017-ish and Jeff wasn't even balding at that time.
And an Executive Producer would never talk to the guests before the show, it's the job for PA or FD on the show.

I watched a video where a man wanted to have a child because he wanted to be the father he never had. I thought it would have been better if he adopted a child without a father.
This is the kind of conversation you have behind the scenes- not in the middle of a podcast. It's like being invited to dinner and complaining the whole meal about the last time you ate at this restaurant that the manager pissed you off. Time and place. Yeah, its f'd up that she was treated like that... but to call it out YEARS later and out of nowhere is completely inappropriate. It puts Conan and Sona on the spot when they had nothing to do with it. I used to like Leslie- but the past year or so it seems like everything out of her mouth is negative, except when she is talking about herself.
That’s who I think it was too. Maybe before his hair grew out and before contacts. Jordan fits the bill for having a “condition.”

Are we just going to ignore that she's bullying the producer on air? I feel like Conan messed up badly when he said "I gotta figure out who this producer is". After that you can see how Conan was trying to steer the conversation away to another direction when she started describing him in great detail and even talking about his "condition".
I was thinking the same thing. She's disguising it as comedy, but it's unprofessional for her to blindside Conan on-air by railing against one of his producers. This should have been brought up professionally in private right after it happened, not years later on a podcast. Maybe if she'd brought it up sooner they could be on the same page on the podcast and legitimately joke about it. But this wasn't the right way to do it. Very inappropriate, and I'm sure Conan, Sona, and Matt are all thinking the same thing.
