Also learnt a new word Flushing = Purging, which is done manually in Aux engine injector, by pumping while keeping the nuts of the discharge side loose, but here there is an air pump, will be cool to see a line tracing of how the air + oil interact, since I didnt see any air system on aux engine test setup

I am facing problem in ME fuel value during testing. I overhauled valves changed everything except body and head Vented air from injector and when trying to close the pressure relief valve of the testing machine oil still leaking from return line and pressure not increasing above 20 bar I tried to lap fuel valve head seating surface where non return valve face matches But still getting the same result
Can you tell me the code for the air hose from the regulator entering the change valve handle on the test injector. There is a letter and number code 1P, 2A, 3R, 4B.
There is one more machine comes for Fuel oil injector testing every Engineer knows about it ... Blue color having lever and gauges etc kindly make a video for it as well and explained all the gauges as well as testing procedure. Thanks

hi had one doubt?? presently onboard which lub oil/hydraulic oil are you using?? can vg 32 oil be used as test oil instead vg 15 ??
