Just found your channel, yummy recipes! I also cook for my mom who is 98 and maintains her home, but has macular so she doesn't cook as much as she used to. She is very picky though: no cheese, only chicken, no spicy/tomato dishes. Oh boy, it's a challenge though! All of her siblings lived in their 90's, so genetics are a factor. but she has eaten clean for 50 years.
