How come this suite is called a "walkout" and yet when Serge goes outside, he's obviously on a balcony two or three floors up? We're supposed to be staying in a suite of the same name and now I'm worried we're not going to be on the ground floor! I thought that's what walkout meant when I booked it...

This is NOT a walkout category. It is a balcony. Walkouts are ONLY on the first floor.
