We stayed at the grand moon Palace back in 2014 for our honeymoon best holiday ever. There was 3 hotels in the compound back then. One hotel just for adults, (the grand) the other hotel was adults & over 14 years (sunrise palace)& the last hotel was adults & under 14 years (nizuc palace)One of the good things is that you can visit any of the sister hotels just down the strip & use any of the facilities & services & beach for free when you show them yr wristband. (playacar palace) & (cozumel palace) with 8 restaurants, 2 bars, 1 night club, 6 swimming pools, 2 swim up bars, wet & wild surf simulator, kids clubs, mini golf, spas, day & night activities & entertainment you couldn't wish for a better holiday
Finally! Hello, i hope that you are doing fine. I like how much attention was paid to every detail to make sure that even the kids are as comfortable as the adults, which many hotels dont.
Hey Guys, Great Video. can you please tell me a little more about the all incluive? What else is included? I noticed on yout other video you shared all the restaurants you ate at during your stay. I'm guessing those are paid for separately? What kind of meals are on offer in the all inclusive deal?! Thanks in advance
I LOVE IT!!! I've been looking for months for the perfect hotel for our adult children and our small children too, so everyone could have a great time at the same place. Thank you for going into detail and sharing with us.
Question for you - where is the closest place to get items if you forget or run out of necessities like sunscreen or toiletries that are not provided by the hotel?
There’s a little store next to the Starbucks near the Mayan Temple slides that sells sunscreen! There are also a couple retail areas in the main building and in Marina Village, but I’m not 100% how many stores have reopened.

True! This resort is really top-notch when it comes to all-inclusives.
Is the kids club safe my spouse would be highly skeptical to leave the kids and go have us time... I would be a little paranoid too
Informal and helpful video! Thank you!
Woah! Ur so lucky.
We are! It's a really spacious and comfy room.

Have you ever considered starting a travel club? My husband and I would definitely join. We’re now excited about taking our son to Cancun.
Where can I book this resort ?
On their website!
Great vid! I’m going back in March, can’t wait. But I can’t help but notice the voice crack at 4:02
