It just makes you proud to be a disc golfer, you know? To see who you can hold up as an ambassador for your sport. It's inspiring stuff that makes you want to be a better disc golfer and a better person.
My friend and I found the course while fishing in La Paz. Getting to the course by taxis was super expensive and a little hairy just using GPS. It was a great adventure. Super hot! One of my disc's still has a cactus spine in it! Planning on donating to the youth camp in the future. Great project!

It is a good little drive out of the city of LA Paz, but the youth camp is supported by some very nice people.
When I first found disc golf be started to watch episodes from Jomez and Gatekeeper and watching the skins matches I found Paul McBeth. When I first found out that he was signed for a 10 year $10 million contract, I definitely expected that he was gonna ball out with it, I mean c’mon it’s $10 million! And to watch as he turned around and gave back to the community and is still pushing the sport to places where it’s never been is so inspiring. What a guy. Thanks, Jomez, for this little documentary and thank you, Paul, for actually doing this for those kids and those people. You can see how genuinely happy they are and how much they’re enjoying it. You are truly a blessing.
The JoMez crew does such a great job with their fantastic disc golf coverage. It is wholesome family-friendly and usually provides a couple of chuckles but this is my my favorite by far and the only one that brought a tear to my eye. Watching the Jo Mez and some of the other quality disc golf is like a natural anti anxiety medication that is much needed in these turbulent times. I am so impressed with Paul and his personal passion for project, the sponsers and their on-site representatives, and the incredible local team doing amazing work for the kids at the ranch. You all rock!
That “yo primero” at the end really shows how quickly disc golf can capture your heart. Amazing job to everyone that was out there making this possible and thank you Jomez for bringing it all to us!

I've been throwing all kind of frisbees (and all sorts of lids and plastic dishes..) with joy since i was little. I found out about disc golf some half a year ago while looking to buy a well flying, durable, proper, professional frisbee since i broke or lost (in trees, looking at you Aerobie) all of them while playing catch and there were none to buy in my small town in my small country. Since then all, and i mean ALL of the people i met were really really nice and cool. And between them and watching videos of Simon, Paul M, Paul U, Eagle, Jerm, Philo, Matty, Jonathan, and all the other ones... i have become more and more convinced that disc golf (and frisbee in general) really does bring 'the good' out in every person. There is something magical about throwing a flat round object and making it fly that makes one just smile and be happy. I have enormous respect for all the people involved in this sport and i am happy i can be a part of it, it's a blessing to this world!
Paul McBeth, Jemez Pro truly a class act! I’m 56 and discovered disc golf through my college age daughter about 2 years ago. Got so interested in it I thought, “ I bet UA-cam has something about disc golf”. Wow what an understatement! Soon realized that Paul Was one to follow as well as watching the awesome content of Jemez Pro, as well as content from Foundation Disc Golf with Hunter, Trevor and Brodie. Disc golf is a sport for all ages, but it really is great introducing kids to the sport and what y’all did in Mexico was truly amazing and I salute you for that and all you have done to grow the sport. Y’all are truly outstanding individuals and selfless in every way. Thank you for being great humans.
I was introduced to DiscGolf about five years ago. And the first name I ever saw was Paul McBeth. Of course I immediately became hooked. I know there are many ambassadors of the sport. This is so rad. Going to be great for the kids in this community. I hadn't had any exposure to it prior to living in the town I just moved to and it has changed my life. I wonder how the terrain will be, especially with the cacti. If discs are slamming into them constantly they could be badly damaged, not to mention lodge spikes into the discs. I wonder if they might end up putting some protective barriers around the cacti in order to prevent any issues with them. Looks like they did a pretty good job of setting the baskets up in areas where it won't be too much of an issue. In any case it's going to be dope!!

That way all the new players could understand the fundamentals so they can build their skills and understanding. Wowie I just got back from a trip that was not that far from La Paz. I was seeing that on the maps and wondering what was there! I never would have guessed Paul McBeth's course. Mexico is beautiful. The movie the Predator was even filmed in Mexico!! all that jungle, imagine disc golfing in that with the rivers and waterfalls..

Beautiful Documentary. You could feel the passion all of these guys have for Disc Golf and their community. Seeing everyone so happy really tugged at my heartstrings.

Wowie I just got back from a trip that was not that far from La Paz. I was seeing that on the maps and wondering what was there! I never would have guessed Paul McBeth's course. Mexico is beautiful. The movie the Predator was even filmed in Mexico!! all that jungle, imagine disc golfing in that with the rivers and waterfalls..
What a production!! PM is an absolute class act! love to see people make an impact on other people's lives with what they are gifted with! PMF is amazing! keep it up!

Lmao Tarantula Hawks aren’t just big wasps that pack a punch, they’re one of the most painful stings in the entire world. Thankfully they aren’t too aggressive but man that’s some high-stakes plastic slinging!

Fantastic how you can make the sport bigger just show your passion. Thats why my son started and my son make ne started and we lov it. Despite Järva course are violited we as club fight to survive we love the sport and our club. Thanks to you🙏🏻🇸🇪🙏🏻
