    I am Shreedha and I am easily sensitive to others criticize. Your reasons are also matching with me yes I am low self worth and I have chronic sinus problems. Day by day I am overcoming this PBM by your videos, tedx speech. You people are doing good for others. I wish I could have Jio and Android mobile at my teenage then I learnt this thing that time itself. Now also not delayed i happy to watching and listening your videos

    Actually about 3 to 4 months back I found I get too emotional even for small things. Like for example even if I kill an ant also I starts to cry. Then I started stop myself. I started to go more positive. Now I am alright.

      @@saathvikgamer2347 Keep yourself busy! So you will not have time to think much...! Pray as much as possible! Imagine your life has how you want look in 5 years before go to bed positively! If any negative thought comes just stop it abruptly..! Have a good sleeping routine. Most IMPORTANTLY spend some valuable time each day for what you love ! Either it could be a person or hobby or passion you would like to pursue !
