You know hun a slow cooker would be perfect for you. Set it up the night before flick it on when you leave for work on low. Then come home to a delicious dinner! So many different one pot meals you can make.

Best way when you buy red meat to tell if it's bad or not is smelling it.... Bad or going bad will have a sweet smell to it as where good red meat you still smell the iron from the blood. With chicken is will start to smell like dirt and gets slimy. Even through ham is a red meat it can be a little more tricky it's a combo of smell, color and touch. Hope this helps some. The packets have a thickening agent in them. Same with curry bricks. They tell you to use it later so that it doesn't get too thick before the stew has had time to cook down. If you keep adding water to counteract the thickening, you risk making it mushy and bland.

Hi, I love your channel that being said you are a great role model. I just wanted to say I buy reduced meat 75% of the time. My friend who is a meat cutter said the color change is the dye and blood draining to the bottom. So save a buck if you can. That is what the butcher buys too. They reduced it after 24 hrs usually. We’ll have good week.
