GREAT TOO SEE THINGS GOING GREAT FOR YOU AND ALL YOUR HELPERS !!!! They are getting the best Education they could ever get anywhere in the World. And its You as there teacher !!!!!!You are there hero!!!!!!!
Haven't watched a video of yours in quite awhile (very busy)...last was not good, so glad to hear that cheery tone if voice, happy to see spring is long behind you!
Not trying to spoil the mood, but the joyful chuckles.... It nudges me to remember the emotions from the Bailey's in your coffee mornings a few months back. Beautiful work. All that thriving "livestock".
April dancing while she works speaks volumes about the environment that they work in. Great parenting and managing, that's a great life lesson for the kids. That should be one if your talks, how to manage by being a leader not a boss.
So nice to hear your positive energy flowing through you, your yard, and the college kids you hire. Especially after that period of doom and gloom when you thought that you weren’t sure if you were going to survive the longest winter and vast destruction to your hives. Cheers!
Absolutely astonishing. Remarkable skills and expertise to organise such high volumes of bees. A true master of his craft. God bless you and the family.
Your excitement comes through in your voice... good to hear it again having been such a rough year earlier! Now you sound like a little kid in a candy shop with a fist full of money! LOL
We just could not believe all the set-backs that you suffered in the spring. One blow after another. I am so glad that the bees have recovered and are pulling in the nectar. It demonstrates your skill as a beekeeper and your resilience as a farmer. Your tenacity in the face of adversity is an example.
When the video first came on I thought you were in the middle of one of your 35 minute robbing frenzies? Turns out just the opposite! Just amazing! I remember when you were just beginning to teach your kids to use the Easy Loader. Now they are Pros!! Your honey crop looks like it will be substantial! Outstanding!👍👍
I find that after a stressful spring the bees seem to always have a sense of urgency to pack in the honey nature willing. A big contrast from just a couple months ago...
You have to be so proud of that crew,in a couple more years you and Sandy can say , " kid's, we will be back in a week.,gonna take a nice vacation alone" get-er-done😎😎😎
Lucky you it's the worst year for us in Northern British Columbia that I ever seen,to much rain when they should of been going hung ho for a month followed by scorching heat most of the flowers have now finished
I guess this is the sort of honey that is mish-mash honey soup with no distinct separate tastes. One of the really lovely gifts about Honey Flow hives is the rich distinct tastes of in each segment. I never knew honey could be so lovely tasting rather than store bought "honey". Thanks for this video, you answered a lot of questions why I shouldn’t ever buy commercial honey again.
Please enlighten me. I see 7 boxes but screen between some. Is there honey below the screen, if so when do you pull or not ? So you are remove top 3 boxes full of honey and adding 3 more ?
They lifted the top boxes up, put the screen in, and added 2 empty boxes below the screen. So the bees leave the top boxes and can't get back in, and start filling up the 2 boxes below the screen.
Hello good afternoon. congratulations on the results and perfect handling. I have a question. - How many days does it take for the bees to leave the melaria supers with the escape? greetings thank you very much
I finally figured out what your labor problems are from and why you're always busy busy busy. You didn't have enough kids. That's free manual labor for any farmer 😂😂😂😂
📃 And your Lord has inspired the bees to build dwellings in the mountains and in the trees and in what they erect, so follow humbly the paths of your Lord and eat of all the fruits from their bellies comes a drink of various colors, in which. there is healing for people. Indeed, this is a sign for a people who reflect 📃
After you put the honey boards down, how long until you come back to harvest the honey supers? How long does it take to get all the bees out of the boxes

I'm new and only have a hive which was a swarm. I'm in dothan Alabama and would love to see that kind of activity of bees in my yard.
Hey Ian how many bees do you think you have helped create in your beekeeping journey!
Sweet times, a two wheel cart for shagging boxes take 4 at a time, 1/2 as many trips.
Lucky you it's the worst year for us in Northern British Columbia that I ever seen,to much rain when they should of been going hung ho for a month followed by scorching heat most of the flowers have now finished
I'd get Carie dropping cells can finish filling the nuc boxes once you do final honey pull with all them extra bees
Now I have some sound. Listen to that yard, lol!
What kind of queens do you raise, If um not not wrong i guess Carniolan?
