Great advice Perry, no plan survives contact with the enemy. Even if the plan works (and yours certainly appears to be) there is no reason to limit progress and branch out. Jeff Bezos' original plan was to sell books online, he does more than that now. Those who do too much, too soon, fail, those who start small and grow gradually win.

I do believe that people will gain value from your content and to be able to ask questions is invaluable, if that content is helping people along their journey then it's a small price to pay, people pay for knowledge all the time from accountants, IT experts etc.
Years ago I would have subscribed just to be able to speak to someone that has been there and done it. When I first started I was clueless, I bought 3 houses in a short period without thinking about how I was going to get tenants to live in them, maybe I wouldn't have done that if I'd have had someone to ask and bounce ideas off.
