high level fps is like a dance, i said that about sniping, but this could be breakdancing or something. ive never done much cod movement, i know turning like that gives you a speed boost, but ive only ever seen it done for one jump, not continuously. i think theres extra movement but i think that might serve a purpose too, ive always thought it was to feel the controls, and the turn speed in down time, even though aiming is second nature. but it also keeps you alert, by taking away the down time by doing something, because the movement is controlled and intentional. and maybe im wrong. i saw a comment about you playing on ps5? doing this on controller would be very impressive, but it would explain why your aim goes from chaotic to smooth when youre aiming at a target. there is no speed limit on pc. i have respect for you, maybe you play console because thats just what you do, thats what your friends do. it makes me think of a casual player who cant help but become a beast. achieving precision with a control scheme that doesnt have precision, because it moves in direction and not position is talent, timing is also a factor, where with mouse it would be distance. and thats why faster aiming requires faster precision in timing on controller. ive never thought about it until now, but this makes my flick shots seem less impressive because truly im doing the same thing as always just faster, moving to the correct position. and i also do these instant flick through shots which i love, but really thats just me moving my mouse further really fast and clicking at the right time as well. it does show my ability in aiming still though, because really im not aiming. because comparatively someone else is actually aiming, they are turning towards the target until their crosshair is on them. anyway ur awesome
