Improve your players dribbling and passing with this simple to follow drill from The Football Hub 🏃‍♂️⚽️🔥
Players dribble around the outside of the poles, ensuring they stay tight to the pole, keep a positive body shape and efficient ball handling techniques.
At the last pole, players take a positive touch and play a pass into the small goals.
They should quickly recover their ball and dribble round the red cone to reach the start of the opposite line.
To progress the drill, players should turn at the inside of each pole rather than dribbling around the outside. The coach can also move the location of the goals to change the angle or range of the pass and have players dribble back through the middle of the 2 lines.
