LUANG PRABANG probably the most BEAUTIFUL CITY in SOUTHEAST ASIA is in LAOS

My last 5 days of traveling through Laos were spent in Luang Prabang, which is probably the most beautiful city in Southeast Asia. This city, which is the tourist and spiritual capital of Laos, has a lot to offer.
The day I arrived, from Vang Vieng, I was able to enjoy one of the last days of the Lao New Year. If in Vang Vieng the water festival was very fun, I can assure you that in Luang Prabang it was amplified to unsuspected limits.
The second day I got up at 5 in the morning to go see the ceremony of the souls, where the monks leave their temples to collect the offerings that people make to them in the streets surrounding the monasteries, usually in the form of food. . After breakfast I went to one of the major tourist attractions of Luang Prabang, the Royal Palace, which in addition to being the home of the kings of Laos until 1075, the year in which the monarchy ended, has one of the temples most impressive in the city, Wat Phra Bang, where the Phra Bang Buddha that gives its name to Luang Prabang is located. Leaving there I crossed the day market, where you can buy both food and clothing, to reach one of my favorite temples in all of Southeast Asia, Wat Mai, which has one of the most amazing porticoes and an interior that will not surprise you. you can lose. Later I visited other temples such as Wat Pa Phai and Wat Xieng Mouane.
The third day was driving. I rented a motorcycle to travel a total of 120 kilometers, starting at the Kuang Si waterfalls and ending at the Pak Ou caves. I ended the day visiting the Night Market which is huge and very touristy.
The fourth day was dedicated to visiting several temples such as Wat Pak Khan, Wat Khili, Wat Xieng Thong, Wat Sene and the oldest temple in Luang Prabang, Wat Wisunarat, all of them 10.
My last day of the trip was dedicated to climbing Mount Phou Si to enjoy the best views of Luang Prabang and saying goodbye to Laos in style.
