Voldemort will easily win . I am a potterhead and a mcu fan , so with my knowledge of both the worlds it's obvious the voldemort will win . Some of the ways:
1) voldemort is the world's greatest ligelimens (people who can read one's mind ) . He can easily anticipate Thanos ' s every move .
2) voldemort with the unforgivable cursese can control Thanos , torture Thanos or kill Thanos in a single hit.
3)In the wizarding world , there is a curse called The body binding curse . Voldemort using that could paralyse Thanos .
4) voldemort can apparate ( something like transportation) .
