I've been around longer than most here have been alive. These guys are good. Real good. I love the symphonic textures in their music. I'm excited the way metal has been evolving. I love this band.

the style of metal they modified into their style was black metal; mixed with epic orchestral and pagan/viking/folk themes, you have the best band in the world!!

@oldsalty7 we in the US northeast are crazy about the folk/viking/heathen/pagan metal bands. though most may not be as exposed since so many bands don't make it over or have a more limited reach due to language. i was lucky enough to get to two Ragnaroek Festivals in Bayern.. so many great bands that we in the US won't ever see. you have a point, and i think the lack of these tours, especially the latest Paganfest, is a result of much of the US not being into this type of metal.

lol i got so many negative feedbacks on my comment just for saying why there was no moshpit. When i hear such epic songs like Jumalten kaupunki i like to pretend like im a warrior in a free for all battle in the middle of a mosh pit. Moonsorrow was even encouraging the pit!!!!!!!

Yea I know!!! he is by far my favorite screamer of all time, no1 can ever match him. The Verisakeet album is his best work vocalwise, absolutely amazing. My fav clean vocals prob has to be Heri Joensen. Im gonna see them in April as well with finntroll!!!!!!!!!!

Tuska is a festival with a lot of participants so maybe they're there to see someone else or they're already tired with continuous festing or maybe it's the constant rain. It's also pretty hard to get a finnish crowd to go completely insane to any band.
