Sew one track to second braid
Flip the track over the perimeter braid
Sew the other track on top to the perimeter braid.

Some of these UA-camrs are silly, why make a video but don’t clearly explain and use different angles… anyway slow it all the way down in your settings and you will be able to see and not be confused hth

I think she sewed the tracks in the front backwards, so that when she flipped it over, the weft wouldn’t show.
