Thanks so much for the love on my "Too Broke For A Lace Closure" video. A couple of people asked me to do this invisible crochet method again. The filming isn't perfect, but it's much easier to follow than my last video.
Hola! i stated watching your videos and i gotta say that you resemble like Naomi Campbell family. Next to Naomi you would look like Naomis youngest sister or niece
Thank you so much for redirecting me here. This is so much more comprehensive, now I understand what you did! This is a great way to make it look more naturalistic
After watching the first video you uploaded with the curly hair, I did it but with a straight hair.. I didn't use the tiny latch hook, cos you said it took about 30mins, I used the normal latch hook instead, and in less than 10mins, I was done crocheting the hair, it looked exactly like a closure. It came out so beautiful. The client was more than pleased with the result.
You’d be great at it, you’re so good at doing hair! It’s fun- when I’m doing small parts though- don’t know how anyone has the patience to make a full lace wig.
This is pretty creative. This could be use to make multiple parts from wefts or tracks as most know it, which is impossible without buying a multi part lace closure or cutting and gluing to make "invisible" parts. Those damn lace fronts are expensive even if they can be reused and I love saving my coins. Thanks for this.
PFM! I love that you simplify everything. Money is spent on hair quality. The rest, just a few simple tools. Way to be REAL! Just a quick note, the acronym PFM is for Pure F'ing Magic! 😁 Take care & Be well everyone!
Girl you are the GOAT with this stuff , just found you & I’m binging! I have MicroLocs and this will help me get the seamless look when I wanna change up with wigs
@@PureEstrogen awww ty so much for even watching , but I just changed it back to black lol I’m geeked that you even responded with your big status. You’re super gorg & nice too.
The last video reallyyy helped me a lot. As a student who cannot afford a closure yet and is too lazy to ventilate lol, this method has really helped me a lot. I've made a curly wig that came out really well with this method. Thank you very much for sharing this!! God bless 🙏🙏🙏🙌🙌🙌✨✨
Pulling more hair through than is needed in the back will cause the excess to naturally cover the back of the part. Once you press it down, you can control how much hair goes there.
I've watched all your wig videos now and I think I understand 🥺🥺 I started making a wig last week and I just have that horseshoe area that is empty because I didn't know what to do without a closure.
Hi I know this video is old but I want to ask a question and I do like your Technique and everything I'm making a braided wig for the first time do you double the wig cap because I have a black wig cap and I have the Brown wig cap do I double them Brown I don't know if you ever did or braided wig I was just asking
Very cleaver! Thank you for sharing this tip. I have such thin hair and I am no good at crocheting to my own hair, but you have given me an idea. Well done, on your presentation. clear and concise and viewers get the gist of your idea. Best wishes! Jx
I’m curious as to why you wouldn’t pull the hairs through the netting so it would come up through the “scalp” of the part and give a more natural appearance. If you use a smaller crochet hook, and pull it under the first weft, but through the lace, it would do the same thing.
Hi. Thank you. I use Lavender Castile soap, Garnier micellar water to clean off makeup, and L'Oreal Hydra boost lotion on my face and Lubriderm body lotion.
When you get to the top why are the tracks not taken to the very edge they stop short. Is this for a reason? I love the way you crochet the part. Great idea!
I have a question. when a closure can you make closure with netting and pull some of the wefts that are under the netting to make a realisted look? would it be too bulky if were to try that as a closure?
Get a small towel and some grocery bags. Put the towel on your head, then wrap a few grocery bags over the towel. This will help prevent the needle from going too deep and accidentally sewing your hair.
@@VENNILOVE just go on Amazon for lace fronts I got mines for 8$ but they shut down their account but I seen other ones for 10-20$ I even seen a 13$ one

Pretty genious! Needed this technique in high school and college before lace closures were around. Now I can ventilate and make my own lace parts 😀
Nice! I've always wanted to try ventilating lace.

Right! I see some people's work and just stare in amazement, but I will try it at least once for sure.

amazing hair tutorial really a great job~

I would’ve liked for you to zoom in on the part so I can really see if this method was truly effective.
It's not, probably why she didn't zoom in
Exatly my point

This will be great for curly or kinky hair

Thank you.
Can you do this method as a sew in?
Very good job I love your hair.
Thank you.
You tucked the remaining cap underneath, right? Also, do you need both the cap and liner?
I tucked it. You don't need both. I now use a wig cap that has lace in the front, but just the wig making cap is fine.
Thanks Girl😊

Is it possible to do this with 3 bundles? I have some hair just lying around the house
If the hair is 16 inches or shorter, you should be able to use 3 bundles.

I just get mine from walmart. The brands always change, but they are all similar.

How much hair do you usually use? In grams?
300 grams for 18 inches and above. Under 300 for shorter lengths. It varies between 250-300 on average.
