For those have Gigabyte B450m, follow this: It worked. Go to the BIOS settings. Do exactly as above video. You'll notice that even after you have Enabled secure boot, it shows "Not Active". So hit the Restore Factory Keys. It will reset everything and will make it both Enabled and Active. After that channge the Factory keys to Standard from Custom, then save and exit! You can thank me later.

@@kujovulture I couldn't, it was blocked but I turned off the computer, I removed the SSD and I went back to the bios and there I was able to deactivate secure boot and the rest and I managed to restarted on windows, I gave up on the idea of running vanguard

Guys in order to find CSM I had to enable windows 8/10 legacy features on the BIOS tab. Hope this helps someone

If secure boot isn’t working even after restarting, change the secure boot config near that to standard and then u can change it
