I am the only parent listed on my daughters birth certificate. Her father and I were not married and paternity has not been established, he was not present at the birth. Brother i have a question, i am canadian citizen born outside canada now my babies born outside canada and they came here as PR status. They didnt become automatically canadian citizen because i was also born outside canada but my dad was canadian so thats why i am canadian citizen but now my question is when can i apply for my child's canadian citizenship? They are here as PR status.
Should i have to wait 3 years of PR term completion for my child too as their mother have to wait or i can apply for kids before 3 years of completion process??
