I've seen Bun talk a lot about this. For the video him and Jay went to the islands and filmed it. Pimp was supposed to be there but he didn't like flying. He was supposed to be there along with the girl he was with. Bun and Jay filmed their bits and sent the crew to Miami to film Pimp's part. Jay tripped out when Pimp and his girl came out in mink coats and a drop top 600 that was the first one ever. Jay asked Pimp if he was alright bc it was Miami and hot as hell. Like a G Pimp said, "Man TV ain't got no temperature!" Jay said to Bun, "Man your brother gonna be a star!" He didn't want that song to taint the legacy of UGK. That's how much he loved his music. Also to clarify, Bun admitted Jay added that third verse due to publishing. Bun and Pimp owned more of that song than Jay did so Jay added so he could get his points too.
I'm laughing at the comments cause so many people don't know the real story why Pimp C didn't wanna do a song with Jay Z. Too Short and even Bun B confirmed it was because of Tupac. If you've heard the story then you know what I mean.

That was back when emcees put in eeextra effort for the video version. Jay always did extra bits or even switched up the words on records instead of bleeping / blanking. As a kid that last add on verse was a fkn treat. “On the can-opy, my sta-mina be, enough for Pam-ela An-derson Lee.” “It’ll sell by the by the night, it’s eggshell white.” It felt hella cheap when records just started getting blanked out
