Nice and tasty good job but use pressure cooker for the beans after soaking them for 30minutes ,then put them in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes , pressure cook make food cook faster

Greek yogurt and fresh fruit is another option. Jello and cream are also good . Add a quick walk after dinner is good with your healthy eating . Pre planning food will help you stay on track. Thanks for sharing ❤

Weighing myself ever day helps me to stay on track. 1000 calories a day and I lost a stone and a half in a month. As you aren't breast feeding you can eat less. Mayo is fattening! Good luck with it.😊
Sylvia- your desert is the sweet potato. Try slicing, drizzling with olive oil a little salt, bake. They let out their own sweetness and are delicious and healthy sweet treat. Don’t give up on eating healthy! Once you are used to it you won’t feel such a draw to the junk! You’re young, it gets harder as you age! Especially if you end up with health problems because of diet!!! Grab that bull by the horns as you do!
Sylvia look at the ingredients in Royco mix. You may need to reconsider. Could affect your seizures. It has in MSG and corn syrup, among other things. You can blend a mixture of herbs and spices, refrigerate it and use when you need. Nice meal prep though.
I thought so. I prefer Knorr cubes to Royco as they don’t have MSG and corn syrup. I also use the Simba Mbili curry powder from Kenya instead. And other herbs and spices.
You are wasting the sweet potatoes by peeling them. No need to peel the sweet potato. Either scrape out the skin by passing the sharp side of the knife on the skin, or just wash and boil. Vitamins are directly beneath the skin
Hey Silvia, loving the cooking/baking. Next time boil sweet potatoes whole without peeling but wash well first. Then after it is cooked slice them into desired pieces and peel. It comes out more cleaner and nice❤
very good!!!! and keto cheese cake is yummy and chia seed and Greek yoghurt is healthy too!!!! more keto: as they call it fat bombs is: for example can make melt darkest chocolate if can take the 80 to 99 % dark chocalate than add some melted some butter or coconut oil + proteine powder and keto sugar like monkfruit or stevia or eritrytol sugar and add chopped nuts like walnuts, almond and other (not to thin so that you can make balls from it and put it on a tray or in a ice cubs tray and in fridge for a hour or in freezer for 20 minutes !! also good is drinking 1 glass water with 1tbsp or little less applecider vinegar in the morning first and another one hour before you go to bed( this is for the gut and for weightloss specially!!! but wow you are on the right track Sylvia (there are many yummy also healthy sweet keto recipes on youtube just type in keto recipes!!! and eggs and bacon (good fats) make you full for long time and is healthy also very good for weightloss much love to you all xxxxx

300 degrees also I wood fry the bacon 🥓 first next time adding in with the egg, instead of cooking raw with the egg
