I was recently acutely injured in my knees and leg. It was too painful to stand to do qigong practice. I could , however, practice the breathing. It helped immensely for pain relief and healing.

Such a beautiful practice. I'm frustrated that I'm not understanding him better and that the subtitles are even worse than auto-generated captions. However I will do the exercise and let you know when healing is accomplished.

@@fionaawynyard6759 Its about HEALING .Getting in touch with the true essence is woo woo.There should be comments galore that people have been healed - sadly there are none so big red flag.Ive read he charges a lot of money at his clinic so is that spiritual ? people still not healed after parting with lots of money !
You can create your own miracle story. Just do it and see .
@@winnieshih3017Sadly many have tried and failed.I cant find any success stories.Ive read some alarming stories where sick people have paid a lot of money to go to this guys clinic and still have not been healed.These video titles are clickbait giving people false hope.
