Please Tasha, definitely give us a Part 3!!! Your past 2 videos have given us guidance, the step-by-step tips to teach us how to decorate, create a home in an eclectic and curated way, on a budget.
I am really surprised that you don’t have hundreds of thousands of subscribers. Your page is filled with so many realistic projects that don’t cost a bomb. I find you very personable and relatable.
Tasha! You have got this DOWN! I enjoyed the narration and outline and body of the content. In my humble opinion, you covered every layer of home decor step by step. You are so generous to share your personal experiences and literally walking us through procuring collections and visualizing our own personal style. Thank you for the rationale of what to choose 0:15 and what to leave behind and supporting that with visual examples. I can’t say enough. This is YOUR THING! Keep going!! 👊🏼🙏🏼🌻
Absolutely do share a 3 rd video. I love all your tips I’m working towards redecorating our living room, you have been extremely helpful and make it less stressful for me to find what I’m looking for. Thank you 😊
Loved the tips and tricks on decorating...I love to thrift and I have no problem changing the item to fit my style or color. TFS Tasha, Loved the tips. ❤😊
I loved these two videos and would love a third one. You have an excellent decorating gift. Thank you for sharing tips and tricks with us. I look forward to your weekly videos!
Wonderful tips that everyone can customize to their style! I like the conversation happening in the comments about being stuck in an echo chamber of videos like this that all echo each other’s painting / up-cycling/ styling techniques…there is the chance of making your home look impersonal for the sake of what’s popular. I am currently happily in that echo chamber lol, but I remind myself to truly ask whether I like something and tell myself to curate personal pieces that set my home apart. For example, I like transitional style and watch a lot of channels like this, but I’m seeing that I don’t like the very neutral beige aspect of it, and remind myself that my neutral tone can be a green or a blue etc. That said, I use videos like this as a general guideline and personalize the rules in my head.
You give us fantastic ideas! But best for me, are the quick shots of your kitty...so cute and brings a smile everytime....especially when he's "inspecting" your new finds.
Thank you! I print them either as photos, if the size I need is a standard photo size or smaller, or as a poster if larger than an 11x14. I don't upgrade to any special poster paper, just the standard which is plenty thick, at least at CVS. I usually just get the gloss finish because in my situation that is what my local store can print on without me having to wait for it to be shipped. (That's part of the reason I usually put the matte mod podge over top.)
I must be the only person that doesnt like decorating with books..I mean they look nice...but to me all I see is clutter...something else to clean...I think 2 books is ok but in every table ..all over the home...is to much...I have notice that everyone home is started to look the same...when visiting friends ..I think they are watching the same videos and going to target/pottery barn dupes.. and homes are looking the same..same color story, same DIY rustic vases...same books..cant wait for something different..Thanks for the video...
I don't like it either, personally. I have a collection of antique religious books but I only put out about 5 at a time, held by bookends. I think it's super odd when people place any old book, regardless of topic all over their home. I saw someone thrift a witchcraft book because she liked the color 😂
If books are not your thing, I certainly understand, but as a book lover in a small space, I have had to limit myself to 12 linear yards of books, which translates to 2 tall bookshelves. Those shelves are not “curated”, but full of books. Think library! And any book included in this library needs to be a title I have read and reread. I have been thrifting for years to find hardcover editions of some of the favorites I only had in paperback. The opportunity to bring any favorites out for a closer look on my coffee table is welcome.
I think so too, also with theses ultra designed homes there never seem to be any nice photos of loved ones, I like beautiful photo frames with toning photos to my room decor, otherwise these homes just look too homogenised and void of love.
@@rhiannancaraway right!!!..its exactly what I mean..you go to target same color pallets, same branches , books..pottery barn same thing..OMG..everywhere you go same..same color couch, same sheep style pillow and dont get me started on the ball and now pumpkin pillow..lol...
I feel your sentiment! I think videos like this should be used as a guideline for general styling ideas. From there you can personalize things. Don’t like huge books on display? Create a cozy book shelf. Don’t like meaningless tapestry? Hang up a collected photo gallery. Etc, all the while holding to the general rules of design.

Hi, great content. If you are printing something from etsy. What paper do you use? Thanks
