The gnat problem in the 338-day VermiBag Mini persists... but it is more-or-less ignored as we come in with a somewhat larger-than-usual application of bedding materials & a generous portion of frozen veggies

Could you use more of the BTI if the system isn’t to wet. I think the fly trap is a good thing. Maybe neem oil also. Also maybe a fan on the bin to help keep flys away. Keep up the good fight with the gnats. It’s frustrating. Do everything you can

So many great ideas! It always slips my mind that I have neem oil & neem cake. Those are things I have not even tried. Use of the fan also seems like it might work. I’m also wondering if perhaps my package of Mosquito Dunks, which I purchased a few years ago now, might just be too old. Thanks for sharing your ideas - and for the vote of confidence! :)
