Yeah that's factory seam sealer haha... Had the exact same amount on my VC on both sides. They lay it on thick on the drivers side.
Ripped all mine out before I got me shell blasted

I don’t understand how the wheel well can get that beat up and not do any damage to the fuel tank? Better for me I guess.
