Finally a fireplace!! I know its Florida but there is just nothing like a fireplace even if its for ambiance only! Love the brick wall accents, the built-ins and the back splash in the kitchen! Also like how all the bedrooms are in their own areas. Nice house.

This is most definitely an amazing house for this price point. I never really wanted to live in Florida but am now starting to have a change of heart. Especially viewing some of these fabulous homes. Where I live here in newyork these style homes and prices won't exist. I can actually sell my home and pay for one of your homes outright.

This is a nice house but I was not happy with a couple of things. 1. Formal dining area. I like open floor concepts that includes kitchen, the day-to-day eating space, and family room. The formal dining room should be a separate room and not part of the open concept. 2. En-suites - This house had the potential for each bedroom to be an en-suite but apparently there was a greater need for the grand entertainment area. By making that area so large, you have 1 en-suite bedroom, a small (closet size) laundry room, and another bedroom that shares a full size bath with the entertainment area. If the entertainment area was smaller, you could have 2 en-suite bedrooms, a larger laundry room with counters, more storage and a sink, and create a powder room specifically for the entertainment area.
Love the house but would love to see more one floor only houses. You do a great job with your camera work of the houses you show.

I don't know of any for sale with a pool. You would have to add one. Very easy to do.
You can’t reveal a 4/6 bedroom house in 10 minutes. Slow down, go outside and explore the backyard, go into the garage. You show off beautiful homes but you raced through the video and not show off all the extras and amenities.
