Everyone needs compassion, love, and acceptance. Spiritual Compassion is taught within all true Religions and Spiritual traditions. Buddhism, Hinduism, Jainism, Christianity, Islam, Bahai, Judaism, Taoism, and all other such Faiths. True Compassion, empathy, and sympathy are all worthy of practice and development. Self Compassion is a necessity for all Spiritual and Religious people. We must forgive ourselves and open our Hearts to ever Greater Truth, Blessings, Grace, and Love. As we awaken spiritually, we regain self respect and dignity as greater healing and transformation occur. Through the practices of compassionate mind training, meditation, contemplation, prayer, devotion, surrender, letting go, forgiveness, kindness, and yoga, satisfaction of spirit, vision, and serenity will gradually emerge. Loving kindness leads the way through the journey of awakening. Project compassion inwards and outwards towards yourself and all living beings. The spiritual gift of compassion is the example taught by all of our greatest spiritual teachers: Jesus Christ, Shakyamuni Buddha, Krishna, and all other such Masters of Spirituality. Cheer up, Change the World, spread compassion for others, for strangers, for yourself, for all sentient beings. Raise your Level of Consciousness and Raise the World.
