University of Alabama College of Engineering - Working With Arts and Sciences

The University of Alabama College of Engineering is taking a unique and collaborative approach to engineering education. By combining engineering with arts and music, both programs have been able to learn from one another and have become better problem solvers for the challenges of today. Several multi-million dollar state-of-the-art facilities have been added to the campus, which are shared by the engineering and art departments. This collaboration allows students to work creative together to tackle problems, and come to solutions that are not only functional, but are also aesthetically pleasing for use in a real world situation.
