They Started CERN in 2008 the SAME TIME i had a Brain injury. I was a Mobile Crane Operator [UK] And i KNOW the JIB my Crane SHOULD have been way Past to MY LEFT as i stood up the JIB was Right under my Head and i Stood up right underneath it. I was rushed to Hospital with Bad Concussion, Collapsed asking for help at the Hospital and woke up Hours Later with a Morphine Drip in my hand and both Parents at end of bed. The CRAZY part is i had Amnesia for 7 Years after i got very sick a year later and ended up Disabled. I went to a Chiropractor who did X-Rays and as soon as i saw the X-Ray i Collapsed as i had a Flashback to the Accident. I swear that Day [Of Accident 2008] MY Reality Changed and i;m on the WRONG Timeline.

Yo DW, I swear we're on the same path....I discovered dogman just as you started posting videos and after a few years moved onto the reps. It sounds crazy but when I decided that they are here, they let me know that they know that I know! I was really creeped out once though because I was out of state for work and went to the supermarket within the same shopping center I was doing construction in for lunch, at least 7 people approached me with a weird smile an even weirder semi circle hand wave. They would walk with purpose down the aisle and walk right up to my face and do that odd Little Wave. I was creeped out and as I was leaving the store my name came over the loudspeaker and was told that there was a gift for me in the meat department. The first few waves and smiles didn't bother me that much because I was in New Jersey after all and they are a little strange over there but after the third one and then the loudspeaker thing I didn't even buy my food I just walked out the front door and did not turn my head

This kind of footage is rare now... they have made some robots that look so lifelike to be on camera instead of themselves. That woman on an am show, dressed as statue of liberty a few years ago started to vibrate like crazy. They later said she had the flu but I remember watching a show about filming Jurassic Park and the T rex started to vibrate. Another video I watched showed a reporter on the scene, by a busy snowy road, and she went on doing her report... the problem was she spoke gibberish. No known language and she acted like everything was normal and they kept her on screen. Another news show had a male weather forecaster say "I'm falling" over and over until he finally fell over like a log. When a human falls, we put our arms out or hands out to try to minimize the damage to the face... this guy was like a tree being felled.

check this out... the reason we havent switched to fiber optic cables and still use coaxial cables is because you cant buffer the image. fiber optics sends a signal at the speed of light meaning you cannot buffer the image coming through to customers. something happened when flat screens came out. when you watch the news or any "live" news or events and the screen breaks and starts doing the blocks and image starts failing its because the coaxial cable is being buffered before the signal is transmitted for viewers.. listen dont believe anything i say instead record you nightly news under 60fps and go back through what you recorded and slow the image down to 30 fps and look at what these people really look like yourself.... youll notice various races are in control and power...theres a draconian alien race and few others good luck let us know what you see.these beings have to consume humans in order to exist in our world for us to see. this hologram of a person is what we see but thats not really a human. rh- o- blood is the only blood type thats also found in reptiles do your research people this man knows what hes talking about

And can you record on a smartphone (at 60fps) for instance use your smartphone to record a lice broadcast on TV (they play it back at 30fps on your phone), or do you need to record using a professional camera?

When they’re on film it changes to a black and white zebra-like look. It’s called “crystallized polarization” if I remember correct. Having a hard time keeping form. There’s many videos showing this and they even show their uncomfortable and touch their faces to correct it or move.

I've only got one suggestion and that's too please enlarge the window with the lizards so it can be seen better and easier.
If you watch closely the fourth time it happens you can see that the face doesn't look detached from the scaly face. When something is pixelated, it has more of a smear when the person moves.

This was the precursor to facial recognition. What you are seeing is corrupted code.
