    Great tip on structuring private money and accruing half of their returns later on! Very helpful to preserve cash flow up front to make the numbers work while stabilizing the property.

    A great takeaway is to have a mortgage broker on your team sourcing debt and also equity. Another takeaway is private money with your investors is negotiable to make the deal viable for your investors and to make deal work.
