Mark is so chill. I wish WWE had included more of this personality in his character. Dude being so ridiculously OP he doesn’t need to be a beast. A warrior monk type deal

Mark Henry…growing up as a 10 yr old watching wrestling i never gave you the credit you deserve. As I’ve gotten older and seen how you are outside of wrestling through social media and podcasts, and pull the curtain back if you will, man you are the salt of the earth. I really enjoy your insight and the stories you tell about your experience. You’re a great dude! You have a big fan in me.

Met Braun Strowman at The Farm, a bar in Cleveland, OH August 2024, was there with some homies for Summer Slam. He was just hangin' out, super chill guy. I used to work with a guy named Juan who said he knew Braun in his power lifting days and I was always skeptical, but he confirmed it. Had nothing but positive things to say about Juan. He had on a cowboy hat, was pounding shots like a champion and did some fire karaoke that night, easily one of my favorite big guys after that night. Great person, very humble.

Hafthor, Brian Shaw, and Big Z were the 3 he's talking about. Big Z and Brian Shaw have gone down as the strongest men ever and Hafthor is very high on the list

He was definitely a dream smasher, but he gave him a helluva back up option. WWE Dream that Strowman probably never knew he wanted. Lost out on one dream and awoke in another.
    I LOVE IT!!! 👍👍👍

If Mark Henry would have pursued strong man or powerlifting instead of wrestling he would have been the strongest man who ever lived. He quit strength sports basically at 27 to pursue wrestling. He was also lifetime drug free. If he would have used performance enhancing drugs like all the others, it wouldn't even be close. He would have moved weights that no one would have ever dreamed of!
