At the time we were watching it, we just couldn't figure it out lol 😅
I don't think we are going to see a link between Chloe and Chad, because obviously he is supposed to be her brother, but I'm not sure if he'll be in the movie 🤔🤷♀️
I'm excited to see where this story goes and I have somewhat an idea of how the plot is gonna work.

She is the sister of Ursula because of the time machine they go back in time as they were saying in the trailer and as I read online. Also, the lady with the blue braid is Cinderella. Hope this clarifies a little bit lol 😂😊😂😊

This is not descendant 4 the title clearly said that it descendant rise if red it did not say descendant 4 so not a descendant 4 it a spin-off movie
Still the 4th film, Disney call it the 4th film and you can change that. Its the continuity of the movie
