I played against you for the first time a week or so ago on caustic valley. I was the super nova that almost one shot you 🤣. I don't think you expected me to have that kind of laser damage. Unfortunately I didn't get the kill on you, my teammate stole it from me.
Mine is two LRM-10s w/ Atremis IV, 4x Streak SRM-6 to leech off of the Artemis lock-on bonus, Light TAG in the CT [it's on my Revenant] and an Active Probe to round it all out. I don't think I have any energy weapons to back it up though... not sure, it's been awhile.

Nice. I have been playing a similar build for about a year and a half, with a few slight differences, most notably I have Streak SRM's and active probe. I call it the Light-Killer.

The 4 SRM-6A/4 ML Revenant is one of my favorites, the key is being close, but not close enough that you're primary. Two good bursts will ruin almost anything's armor. You can take down Assaults 1v1 pretty easily if you splash their damage and they don't splash yours.
I wonder if you've noted the decrease in quality of the matches due to the merging of the tiers. This has been done due to the rapidly declining population of the game. Your first game: 12 vs. 4 OpFor 1: 166 damage in a Bushwhacker OpFor2: 16 damage in a StormCrow OpFor3: 175 damage in a MAD-BH2 OpFor4: 160 damage in an Ebon Jag. OpFor5: 61 damage in a Battlemaster. YourTeam1: 108 damage in a BAS-B YOurTeam2: 107 damage in a King Crab Your second game: (Admittedly closer than the first game, but still..) 12 vs. 7 OpFor1: 273 damage in a JR7-IIC OpFor2: 133 damage in a BKL-BL OpFor3: 51 damage in a Nova S OpFor4: 17 damage in a Rifleman IIC OpFor5: 251 damage in a Stalker YourTeam1: 209 damage in a Vapor Eagle YourTeam2: 182 damage in a MAD-3R YourTeam3: 40 damage in a BSW-P2 YourTeam4: 240 damage in a MAD-BH2 YourTeam5: 120 damage in a BAS-C It seems clear to me that the first game was as bad for the OpFor as it was, as they had far more Tier 5 players in the game. Your second game was a bit more interesting to watch, as both teams had a near equal number of inexperienced players. It wasn't anywhere near the stomp it was in the first game. I miss your earlier videos, when the matches were closer. More hard fought. There was a sense of earning the victory, rather than the RNG dumping too many lower tier players on one side. What is your opinion on this, Baradul? Have you noticed/felt the victories coming easier of late? -Hinoki
I’m by no means a great player and whenever I play this mech with a similar build, it always ends horribly. Other than me being a shi++y player, it’s probably that XL engine to blame as well. I don’t like brawling on this mech.

This mech is an absolute beast in CQB 1 vs 1.

Artemis hasnt had a lockon bonus for a long time now.
Strictly tracking strength and a smaller spread...if you have LoS.
I love this build on the Revenant but i use small pulse and no artemis, it makes so much cbills and so much damage.

600+ match score consistently! I'm lucky if I get over 200.
Triple AMS Nova S, great for match score. Plus a load of energy hardpoints.
This is one of my go to builds but if i see the population of lights get above 20% i switch to streaks

Tracking strength and smaller spread if you have LoS.
