  • @YupImBatman
    @YupImBatman 9 років тому +1365

    For those of you saying "no way he got to kept 50 million":
    -He went to court after being caught with 1 million worth of fake 20's
    -At court he basically said "what if i can give you 200 million more to take out of circulation" for a deal
    -They cut his sentence, gave him the deal, and signed a plea agreement in which they would collect the last of the 200 at an undisclosed location on a certain date like a month later
    -After collecting the money, they had searched his home computers and found out he had ordered enough of the cotton/linen paper to print 250 million worth, but the plea agreement was already signed.
    -That last 50 mill of fake notes he was selling at 30% face value, so roughly 15mill profit he walked away with.

    The most famous person who made money off of a counterfeit scheme, was a man in the 1800s who had 5 cent pieces with a large 5 on them. He plated them with gold and the $5.00 gold piece looked nearly the same as a nickel, just that the color was different. He then went to the cigar store every day to get his favorite 5 cent cigar, slid the nickel across the counter and the clerk would give him $4.95 change, thinking that it was a $5.00 gold piece. He was eventually caught, and prosecuted for theft, but they found that he never said here's $5.00, he just slid the coin across the counter. He was found innocent.

They called it a third strike even though he hadn't committed any crimes for over ten years, got married and raised several children, had a good job, and was not on parole or probation. He was black. Mrs. Kardashian tried to help him but the judge said his hands were tied! If that judge was really doing the right thing he would have dropped the charges because the penalty didn't fit the " crime". I would have said that if you didn't like it fire me but I am not putting this man behind bars for thirteen years.

    The Canadian fine was only $1500?! That means that each $166,667 is only worth $1 to them. $166,667 X 1500 = $250M. I wonder if he paid the fine in counterfeit $20's, LOL

      This guy was smart though. What he did takes balls and brains. Any poser, empty suit, wannabe tough guy 13 year old can smoke weed. I say this is proof that the system works. We don't need anymore druggies running the streets, they contribute absolutely nothing to society with their habit. This guy is a National hero & I await his statues placement in D.C. or his head carved on Mount Rushmore.
