This house is amazingly gorgeous, every stone is used is screaming luxury, everyone complaining about the sofas with the pool it's not wrong coz if you see there's a bar right there with a mini kitchen (it's not a full fledged kitchen where you're cooking for 200 people) that counter is for drinking smoking and to just chill relax on the sofas I would also throw in a pool table or to be Desi like a carrom board and other fun games. Most definitely for a huuuuuge family of like 25 where at least 15 of them working and pitching in to keep up with the house. Imagine the weddings and parties would be lavish. I have been living in huge houses since my child hood and have seen my loved ones passing away. After they are gone the same big houses become a very sad story in your life... then I understood what our beloved Prophet advised us, not to make big extravagant houses.
No doubt it has been designed in a very decent way. But what I feel the drawback is that the bathrooms are very small comparing it with the size of the house. No Jacuzzi or Bath Tub in any bathroom. The double heighted living area could have been compromised to increase the sizes of rooms, dressing and bathrooms.

people need to stop building such monstrous sized houses, unless you have a family of 25 people this size house isnt maintainable or comfortable for anyone to live in no matter how rich they are, they need to make half the land house and half of it green area/garden, or maybe even 70 percent land and 30 percent garden. Also keep interiors as white and plain as possible if a house is being built to sell, these walls are ugly, and people can work better with plain white or decent looking colours, and less print as possible
This is a very impractical and waste of land house. I am certain it was built by thekedar for sole purpose of selling. No owner, with the intent to live, would build such disaster. There are many rich people in our country and many 5 kanal houses in big cities and all of them are practical. This is something new for me as well. Just pure show-off, no practicality. For starters, if I had this much land, I would make a single story house. My style is more like Mayo Gardens houses of Lahore.

For starters, if I had this much land, I would make a single story house. My style is more like Mayo Gardens houses of Lahore.

Youre absolutely right the size of the house looks ridiculous plonked on such a small area of land. You'd expect such a big house to have quite a bit of land in front of it and behind it. Who ever decorated the interior needs to find themselves another job.
