The Mansion is brilliant and truly Royal on the outside. Truly beautiful. But as we go inside the place begins to lose character. It’s a mismanaged floor space. The interior designer/architect’s vision seems to be “Let’s throw gold stuff everywhere and give 20 feet ceilings oh and chandeliers”. I am a novice but even I could find better uses for the wasted space. Any interior designer/ architect could fit 2-3 living rooms, a library, a collection room, a home kitchen, an industrial kitchen, 2 offices, and like 10 bedrooms w attached bathrooms. Not to mention a grand Royal staircase, all in the same floor space. Edit: You could actually also build a proper industrial gym along-with the above mentioned things and you could genuinely put decently sized walk-in closets along with each room. Actually on second thoughts this seems more like a set for the purpose of filming TV Shows or Movies and not for residential purposes. In that scenario it looks like an awesome set. Have a good day 👍

Exterior looks good but the interior is really not impressive. It gives vibes more of a hotel rather than a farm house. The entrance hall is just a waste of space that could have been used so efficiently. No swimming pool No home theater. No gym No jaccuzie or bathtubs in bathrooms. No balconies overlooking the views. The space could have been utilized better to make bathrooms look spacious. Again the choice of closet doors, their texture and color does not go with the interior. The theme of the whole house seems disturbed and distributed. The color and choice of furniture is not that good and looks tacky. The color and design of closet doors in all the rooms really tacky and distasteful. There should have been corridors leading to bedrooms instead of bedrooms directly opening into the entrance hall. Too much use of copper and brown color everywhere. Looks like furniture is just cluttered in the lobby and look out of place. It looks like too much furniture that has no right place. Looks so fancy from outside, but it looks so paindu from inside 85 crore is too much for this house. Should not be more than 40 crores
Pakistani people are not into gyms and home theaters. People watch movies but its not a socially/culturally desirable thing for religious reasons. As for quoting 80 crore, a huge percentage goes to paying for land, and land in Islamabad suburbs ain't cheap.

Whoever specified the interior design went mad on the selection. Some elements are nice but overall it’s a fail. Also, the building itself holds no Architectural merit as there is no consistent design theme. What appears to have happened is… client asked for EVERYTHING! Final point… to the lovely presenter. Please just do the presentation in either Urdu or English because a lot of it doesn’t make proper grammatical sense. I’m looking forward to seeing more of your videos. It’s hard work and you’re doing your best 👍🏽

guys not worth it even if you can afford it. I literally used to earn 300k USD a year in the US working for a tech giant, saved a lot to establish a business, and now earn almost 1.5x. The business was e-commerce so it helped me move back to pak. Simplicity serves you best. I rented some luxurious places to live in but believe me you never get satisfied. Now I live in a small house that is easy to manage when you have a small family. A big house that is always empty has a certain gloominess about it. Plus the maintenance, you have to hire someone who could just maintain it. Why complicate your life.
I was also thinking the same while watching this house. For any family size its really worth it to make all kinds of fancy interiors and facilities in a medium sized house depending on how much space you actually need than to live in a biggest palace where all family members are living far apart from one another😂. Despite having housekeeping staff members everywhere still it can affect person psychologically.
I am Still Confused.... Why There Was Not Even A Single Bath Tub 🛁🚿 in any Of the Washroom/Rest Rooms.....as It's Among the Best Soothing Luxury.... By the Villa Was Awesome..... Don't Know Who's gonna Grab It.....But He/She is Going to Be Really A Big Shark 🦈.....Till Then Peace out✌️🕊️

No way a residence.. No front entrance with elegant staircase both sides leading to top floor.. Finally the owner is definitely in the lavish furniture businesses as all.rooms are kitted out as sales room to sell to customers.. Good luck

I would never live in Pakistan, I know I can buy a Palace there, however all the social life and norms of the west are missing. USA is much better home for me and so many other pakistanis
