At 0:40 those white-chinned parrots on the fence appear to be _Myiopsitta monachus_ aka monk or Quaker parakeets. They’re some of the most widespread non-natives in the world, mostly because they come from further south in Argentina, Chile, etc. Possibly all the way to Patagonia or the Magellanes region. They don’t seem to be bothered by ice and rain, as they’ve formed populations in Berlin, London, Amsterdam, Dublin, Boston, New York, and other cities that actually experience WINTER weather. Yet they don’t seem to migrate south with the other birds, they stick it out in the snow. Kinda interesting how they don’t seek warmer weather, but I guess that speaks to where they’re native to originally. It’s possible the ones you’re seeing in Florida actually do migrate, or they’re a group that has decided they prefer it there, hurricanes and all. Lol.
I've seen others that hunt wild chickens & they do it at night. They get them while they're roosting in the trees. That would be a cool video for sure! Love all the invasive videos!
Jumanji!!! I think those are Vervet Monkeys. They've been running wild near the Ft. Lauderdale airport since like 2014 I believe so they could be spreading all over down there.
I thought the Florida Monkey's were only on Monkey Island in Homosassa, Fla??? Is this a vacation or has another batch escaped? yellow-breasted or buff-headed capuchin
There are at least 3 different species of monkeys in different areas of Florida. Some escaped from a tourist attraction near Melbourne, some came from Silver Springs, some escaped from a zoo in a hurricane. Some may have escaped from monkey island. All of the monkeys are escapees. Some spread around to different locations. They're all here to stay, pretty much. Spider monkeys are in the video.
Have you ever seen a Blue Cayman Iguana in Florida because for some reason my wild caught baby from Florida is not a green Iguana but is maybe a hybrid of green and Blue Cayman Iguana because it burrows and does not like to climb either.
Haven’t seen any, but have heard reports of rhino wants us in certain areas. Pretty sure there can be some. Just don’t know if you have any pictures message me on Instagram. Raj The real Iguana Man. would love to see them.
Why are u taking these animals away from there home..leave them alone.... imagine just living and dudes come and capture u and take u away from your house and life..

Kinda like jack lighting deer. Not too fair. That's not hunting. Not giving the animal a chance.
I reported this channel!😡
Is this an older video i remember you talking about those monkeys 🐒 before
Those are Vervet monkeys aka green monkeys. Spider monkeys are bigger and more arboreal. The birds were Quaker parakeets.
Poor babies on their own. Those animals are just irresistible cute.❤

Are they really? I thought the biggest colony was still silver spring and maybe then there was a chance to get rid of them if someone thought ahead.
Those are Vervet Monkeys and they've been running loose around the Ft. Lauderdale Airport since 2014 I believe.

What about the parrots? Do you go on adventures to catch them?
California has them too. They're slowing moving into the inner city. They never fly down to eat. They stay on the trees or electricity lines.
