- Last week I was in Santiago de Chile and for the first time I joined a free walking tour. But I also went ahead, exploring by myself and I found some hidden gems, nice cafes and restaurants and I obviously went to some of the must-see places like Santa Lucia Hill, San Cristobal Hill etc.
In this video, I was trying to share more of the "behind the scenes" of my travelling, including simple every day life things and work related things. This comes closer to the kind of video, I originally wanted to make. Hope you are interested in these kind of insights.

I love the tiny microphone! Went to Chile last year, it was beautiful. Got sick in Santiago first day, so didnt explore as much as I wanted. Got to see more of Viña del Mar than Santiago. Ill have to go again!
I know how that feels. I've been sick on vacation sometimes as well. In Buenos Aires I was sick for some of the days and couldn't do as much as I wanted for example :) Hope you can visit Santiago again!

Tina, thanks for visiting Santiago of Chile, an amazing city for shure. In your next visit, you should visite another locations into the this amazing capital. You also could visit the south of the country, like Puerto Varas or Punta Arenas. If you want, I can recommend you some guides who can speak german, english ans spanish.

Ach wie schade, dass die free walking Tour eher eine Touristenabzocke war. Aber ansonsten sieht Santiago echt nett aus und dieses Wonderland Café mit dem Shake sah unglaublich gut aus 🤤
Mmh naja irgendwie hab ich echt gutes von diesen Tours gehört. Vielleicht sind andere guides besser? Der Typ meinte auf seiner Seite er hat 10 Jahre Erfahrung. Ich fand aber die Art wie er es präsentiert hat / geredet hat, so langweilig 🥱

Interesting video. My family is from Santiago and from Villarrica in the lake region which is in the South of Chile. You should try bio tin for dry skin and brittle nails, it is what my dermatologist recommended specially for the nails. If you can find the cream Lubriderm which I think is American but can also be probably be found worldwide, at least I found it Chile, very cheap and extremely good on hands and the rest of the skin areas.
